How long have you been part of the Varrock Community? Several Weeks

How many hours do you spend online daily? I game 3 hours usually but I'm on my phone at least 12 hrs a day

Are you active in-game, discord, and our forums? I am quite active in the Discord

Why would you like to be part of the Varrock Staff Team? To assist in helping anyway that I can post-launch when there is a great influx of new players

What are some of the strengths you possess? I am a very hard worker so I will spend several hours trying to ensure that anyone who needs help will be satisfied with the help they receive

What are some of your weaknesses you posses? I work long hours from home so I'm not always able to be ingame to help people

Please describe any experience in leadership or staff roles you currently have or had: I have been on the admin team of many servers and I have lead several top raiding and pvp guilds in various games. I also help manage a janitorial and restoration company.

Why should we choose to promote you as opposed to someone else's application? I have the knowledge and headstrong attitude to always make sure that whatever the job is it gets done perfectly and in a timely manner so that the other party can go about their day more quickly.

What are some of the recognizable ways in which you helped the community? I have tried to make every new person that joins feel welcome and accepted by the community. I have also spread the word about the community to several people and groups to try and get more people into the game.

In a short paragraph, please briefly explain what you hope to bring to Varrock with this position and what you hope to achieve in the future: I hope to bring an inviting mood to the community so that it will thrive quickly and word of it will spread to other people who may be cautious about playing a rsps. I also plan on passing my knowledge of MMOs along to new players and veterans a like so that they don't feel overwhelmed by what they are experiencing so they can enjoy the game and not have to feel so lost if this is their first time playing or they can find new tips on how to accomplish tasks more quickly if they are a veteran. 

Do you understand that if you break any rules, abuse power, fail to follow the Staff handbook, or turn out to be a horrendous Staff Member, you will be demoted and might have further actions taken against you depending on your offenses? I understand the rules set forward in this community.

that doesn't sound like a real weakness it's just a life fact that people works & can't be playing game 24/7.

 

can you edit that part out and give us true weakness?

Have you ever disagreed with a staff's (ingame moderating) action? If so, what would you have done as a Server Support in that situation?:

A friend of yours comes to you complaining that he has been banned by another staff member, and wants you to find out why. Upon further investigation, you discover that you believe the ban is unjustified. How do you handle that?

If there are a few users began saying "THIS CLIENT SUCKS!" and spamming it, what would you do?
